We are seeking a full-time Paralegal available for intake, outreach, and support for high-quality legal services delivered on-site to survivors of domestic and family violence at the Knoxville Family Justice Center. A demonstrated commitment to exceptional legal work and equal access to justice is required. Candidates should possess cultural sensitivity for the communities we serve and the courage to reflect and uphold the mission and values of LAET.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or certification from an accredited paralegal program.
Salary: Dependent upon experience, from $35,244 for entry level candidates, higher for each year of experience thereafter. LAET offers a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, and paid leave.
