We are seeking a full-time Grants Manager to build and manage a portfolio of prospects and execute on all funder life cycle stages: from identification, research, evaluation, and writing to cultivation, stewardship, compliance, and reporting. This is a leadership position serving as the primary liaison between LAET and its investors. Strong writing, data analysis, program budgeting, outcome measurement, and project management skills are a must. Candidates should possess cultural sensitivity for the communities we serve and the courage to reflect and uphold the mission and values of LAET.
May operate out of any of our offices: Chattanooga / Knoxville / Johnson City
Qualifications: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred; 3-7 years relevant experience in nonprofit administration, grant writing, or fundraising is preferred.
Salary: Dependent upon experience, $50,000-$70,000. LAET offers a generous benefits package
