Jennifer Raney Sheehan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and has been the Director of Development for Legal Aid of East Tennessee since November 1, 2005. Jennifer has more than a decade of fundraising experience and has worked for several nonprofit organizations including the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Volunteer Ministry Center and Safe Haven Crisis & Recovery Center for Sexual Assault.

In 2008, Jennifer was the president for the Great Smoky Mountain Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and continues to serve on the executive committee.
