Dan Mullins, Director of Technology
Dan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of North Dakota in 1994. He also earned an Associate degree in Missile Maintenance Technologies in 1982 from the Community College of the United States Air Force.
As the Director of Technology, Dan is responsible for the day-to-day operation of information systems for the seven offices including all computers, servers, local and wide area networks, website, telephone systems, and office automation equipment. Dan’s other responsibilities include recommending technology and software changes, along with assisting in computer training. His position is also responsible for seeking and managing technology grant opportunities.
Dan’s experience includes 10 years of service at DeRoyal Industries where he was responsible for configuring, installing, and troubleshooting a 1200 node enterprise switched network for the nine continental and four international manufacturing facilities. Dan is experienced with various types of network equipment from branch VPNs to enterprise networks routers and switches.
He served 18 years in military service with the United States Air Force. Dan performed duties with the Minuteman III Missile System to include inspection, loading, hoisting, repair, checkout, replacement, and adjustment of missile support components’ which included electrical and mechanical connection of the Minuteman III re-entry vehical, and the guidance and control sections. He also performed duties with the Missile Maintenance Control Section as a scheduler and planer.
