Judy Moffett has been the Chief Financial Officer with Legal Aid of East Tennessee since January 1, 2002. She has actually been with Legal Aid since 1977, serving as Administrator for legal Services of Upper East Tennessee in Johnson City for twenty-five years before assuming the position of Chief Financial Officer. Judy is a member of the Southern Region Administrator’s Association and served as treasurer for several years.

Judy received her business degree from Fairmont State University in West Virginia before moving to Johnson City, Tennessee, where she continued her education at East Tennessee State University. Before taking the Administrator position with Legal Aid, Judy taught business classes at Steed College, Northeast State Technical College, Science Hill High School adult education in Tennessee, and Skyvue High School in Ohio.
